Will I get banned?

For Rust, the usage of any third-party tools designed to use macros in game are explicitly considered as cheating. Please note that Facepunch Studios has made a clear exception to this rule for guitar playing tools.
Missing MSVCR110.dll
You're missing the Visual C++ 2012 Runtime DLL. Download it from Microsoft. Pick the x86 version.
Missing openal32.dll
You can't run the program from inside the zip. Extract the exe and dll to your Desktop or wherever you'd like.
I'm listening to binds, but the songs still don't play in game
Unfortunately, some PCs have stricter security settings than others. Your PC won't let other programs control the mouse when you aren't using the program that's trying to control it. If Rust is your active window, Windows isn't going to let the guitar tool control the mouse. There is no way around it that I support, but some people on the subreddit figured out a way to get it working.
